Absolutely. We can close FAST! You do not have to do staging, clean up, or open houses. Simply pick the date and we will get it scheduled.
Is this some type of shady deal?
Absolutely not! We will sign a legal contract for sale and close at a title company just like any other sale. The difference being is that we won’t slam you with a bunch of conditions that a conventional sale would do. Often during a conventional sale, buyer will DEMAND a large list of things they want done to the house, costing you thousands or more. They will throw a 30 page inspection report into the deal. We look at your house, and accept any damages, and pay AS IS! Also, you won’t have 50 different listing appointments and 50 sets of people viewing your house, wasting your valuable time.

I am little embarrassed on the condition of my house. I am also a hoarder and ashamed of that. Can you help me?

I just can’t deal with all of the stuff in my house. Can I just leave it and not worry about cleaning it out?
Absolutely. We will clean out the house so you won’t have to. Easy as that. With a conventional sale, you would be required to have the house completely empty. No so with us. We will take care of it!
I don’t have the money to fix up my house, can I sell it to you as is?
I am not on speaking terms with the other owner of my house. Can you help me?
Yes we can! We are professionals and will contact the other owner on a professional level. We are often able to buy houses that somebody can not sell because of a family member or ex-spouse on title is not on speaking terms with other title holders.
My house burned up pretty bad. Do you buy those houses?
